​1.A deposit of 25% of the entire rental is required to hold equipment for the date of the event.This deposit will be refunded after inspection of the returned equipment. In the event that anyequipment is damaged some or all of this deposit may be used for repairs.

2.Full payment is due the day of pick up or delivery of rented equipment. We accept cash, checks, orcredit cards. The check can be made out to Countryside Woodworking.

3.Delivery and setup are available and will be priced according to the distance. Contact CountrysideWoodworking at (717) 278-8576 for delivery costs.

4.The lessee is responsible for all rented equipment from the time of pick up until the equipment isreturned. All rented equipment must be free of materials such as food, ribbons, tape, balloons,tablecloths, etc. before pick up.

5.By printing, signing, and dating the lines below, you adhere to the terms and conditions as describedabove and indemnify, defend, and hold Countryside Woodworking its owners, and employees harmlessfrom and against any liability cost incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any claimsarising out of any breach by you of this agreement or the harm/damage to any person or propertycaused by any/all equipment.​​
